Hi, I'm Silvia.
I've been making websites for 25 years: I started when the internet had only just arrived in Spain, spent fifteen years in Germany working for clients across Europe, and came back to Spain to set up my own studio. I work alone, so the person who answers your email is the person who writes the code.

How long does a website take?
A one-page website is usually ready in under a week, and a full website in about two. It depends on the project and on having the material to hand — before we start I give you a specific date, and I stick to it.
Do I need to have texts and photos?
No. I can help you with both.
Will the website be mine?
Yes. Once the project is paid, the domain is in your name and I hand over the files and the logins. No strings attached and no need to ask anyone's permission.
Do you only work with local businesses?
No. I work remotely with businesses anywhere, in Spanish, English and German.
Can you improve a website I already have?
Yes. First I review what's there and tell you whether it's worth optimising or starting again.
What is the AI virtual assistant? Is it a chatbot?
Yes, an AI chatbot inside your website, custom-built, that answers the usual questions at any hour and in the customer's language, and passes you the enquiry on WhatsApp and by email with the details already sorted. It never says what it doesn't know: when it isn't sure, it asks you. I have it running on my own holiday rental, apartamentosnaturleon.com.
How much does a website for a restaurant or a holiday rental cost?
There are two packs with published prices: the TOURISM PACK, €1,490 plus €99 a month, and the RESTAURANT PACK, €1,690 plus €99 a month. Prices exclude VAT. Both include the website, the virtual assistant and the dashboard; the monthly fee covers domain, hosting, backups, support and changes.
