1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. It is used to remember information between visits: from your preferences to, in the worst case, your entire browsing history in order to show you ads.
Alongside cookies there are similar technologies, such as local storage (localStorage) or tracking pixels, which are governed by the same rules.
2. What exactly this website uses
No cookies. Neither first-party nor third-party. No tracking pixels either.
Local storage, just one item: if you use the chat assistant, your browser stores the conversation and a random identifier so it can be resumed. It is not a cookie, it doesn't leave your browser and it can't be used to follow you across other websites. You delete it by clearing the site data in your browser.
This website is built so that it doesn't need to connect to any external server to display. Even the fonts are hosted on our own server, instead of being requested from Google as most websites do. So your IP address doesn't reach third parties just because you came here.
What this website does NOT have
- Analytics or statistics cookies (no Google Analytics).
- Advertising or profiling cookies.
- Social media pixels.
- Social buttons that track your visit.
- Fonts, icons or libraries loaded from third-party servers.
3. Server logs
Even without cookies, the server hosting the website keeps a technical log of visits (IP address, date, time and browser), as any hosting does, for security and to diagnose problems. Those logs are not used to build profiles or for advertising. The details are in the privacy policy.
